Look
at Luna is an album of motherhood and the moon. These are tender
songs of a mother's love for her child, ballads of hope that look to
the moon as a metaphor for light in a world of darkness. Pau-dull
adds his distinctive guitar to many of the tracks, and Huang
Ching-ya's vocals are ethereal and warm. Her hope with these songs
is that they would be like a wind that could blow your cares away,
blow your deepest worries all the way to heaven.
The
night before the turn of the century, look to the glow of the moon,
with its gentle warmth, providing the only light in a world of
darkness. Life is a song, simple and true. This song is sung for
you...so ambitious and tried. Let its wind blow, and with it goes
your deepest of cares. Carrying you away to its heaven and beyond.
This album is dedicated to you, who are the string bound to my kite.
